MDS has FAST response to every trouble ticket created, good and responsive response support.
MDS-HOST is great hosting company to work with. In every issue related to web hosting and configuring they have always been supportive, quick response to every question. Over all it supports the updated and latest version of .NET technology which I think is strong hold to attract many web comapnie slike mine.

As a small business owner there are three things that matter to me the most: 1) Cost, 2) Customer Support, 3) Reliability. And MDS-HOST has 99% of them. The 1% is in the hand of mother nature. No doubt their pricing is excellent, can't find more affordable hosting than them. But the best part is their customer support. I had a problem that was not related to their hosting. I didn't know where else I could turn into, so I opened a problem ticket, explaining that it was not their problem and asked for their help anyway. I wasn't expecting anything, but the next morning they came back to me with some suggestions and pointed me to the right direction to solve my problem... I'm very grateful with their extra step to do that. Right now I have 2 sites hosted with them.

I've had an account with MDS for more than a year. Sections of my site are .Net, php and mySQL. I selected MDS because of the low cost, with all the features offered by any other host. I've stayed with MDS because of the great service. Even when I write a confusing description of an issue, they resolve it immediately; without any questons. Absolutely Amazing!

MDS has the friendliest, most courteous, skilled and knowledgable support representatives I have ever seen.
I have called them several times due to my lack of understanding in several areas of the internet and no matter the time I called I always received a nice greeting and excellent help.

We have been hosting with MDS for 2 years now, they designed our website and they have done everything for us, including helping us with special marketing events we host every now and then.
When we moved from New Jersey to Sarasota, FL they were most helpful keeping our site updated.
Since I am not very computer literate sometimes I run into problems in checking my email, but I call MDS tech support and they are always there to courtesuly walk me through all issues towards resolution.
I highly recommend MDS-HOST to anyone.

MDS support staff is very professional and they are always available.
I usually work on my site at around 1 to 2 AM , the few times I had an issue support was always there to help.
Highly recommmend them to everybody.

I have needed tech support several times try to install a dotnetnuke application and they we very quick to respond. I highly recommend this company. My Control panel gives you COMPLETE control over the site and is even skinnable!!

These guys were life savers. Our company develops and operates websites so their performance and function represent our entire business. We moved from aplus.net to this company and had a fairly technical integration to get up and running as our sites are technically demanding by ecommerce standards.

The support is great. They have helped us with various integration issues and worked with our third party providers to get permissions, security etc implemented. They are polite, quick and VERY knowledgeable.

We intend on using them for a long time and would highly recommend them to anyone else considering an ecommerce or technically demanding site. Its great to have support that actually know what they are doing and make you feel as if they could build and run a server with their eyes closed. They know it all! And cost.. well you cant beat it and believe me, being a small business we shopped around.

We host 3 sites with them currently.

These guys are super. I have been working on setting up an asp/sql site that I inherited and for which I had very limited documentation; mds has cheerfully walked me through all the setup and transfer issues that I encountered. Support has been prompt and thorough, no matter what time of day. The control panel makes managing the site very easy, and I've had no problems with either the site or the database being slow.

I'm very glad I found this company and am looking forward to a long relationship!!

If you are looking for hosting service specially in .NET these guys are just for you .... if i ever have a problem i get the solution in seconds yeah i mean seconds... these guys are marvellous.....thanx to them my wok never stops..... Excellent support and excellent people... and last but not the least high speed servers i get response very fast ... G000ooD

The support staff is top notch. I recommend them fully to anyone doing any type of .Net development. The response time from them is FAST. I have never had to wait for changes. They are very knowledgable and very professional. I enjoy doing business with them and will be using them for many years to come. Truly the best web host I have ever dealt with. I give them an A++

I have been with MDS since 1/11/2004 and so far I am very happy with them.

They offer great pricing and provide top notch service and support.

I very rarely have an issue, but when one does arise, they have always gone the extra step to get the problem resolved. They always have responded to my inquiries or issues in a timely manner, most times within 30 min!

I am on the shared hosting plan and my site is running as if it were on a dedicated server.

I love the control panel. It allows me to be in control of all the settings I need to change. It is very easy to use.

I give MDS a 10 out of 10 stars!

As a consultant in the hosting/outsourcing industry for over 10 years, I know good support when I see it. MDS has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion to ensure that I received the service that I subcribed to. I am very impressed and will recommend them to friends and customers.

This place is wonderful! We have been through two other hosts just recently, one that we were with for almost two years, suffering their incompetence because they were industry specific for us and were susposedly giving us more exposure for our web-site. All the exposure in the world doesn't help, if your site isn't available because the servers are down.

Then we went to another company and were there for just under 30 days, because their servers went down at least 5 times (that we know of)The last one for a complete weekend. We're still waiting for our money back from their " 30 day satisfaction guarantee".

We have had none of the trouble previously encountered with the other "hosts" (term used loosely), since switching to MDS-Corp.com been here 2 weeks almost and not down once, yet).

The Technical support stayed on-line with us for 2 hours on a chat program one night (after 8pm) to get all of our questions answered before we switched. We wern't expecting that kind of service, but it was wonderful to have after the last two companies deplorable practices. These guys answer all questions promptly and efficiently, and they actually know what they're talking about!

For a business that relies solely on the income of it's website, having a host that is truly reliable 24/7, and/or available and willing to fix problems, is immeasurable to our survival. They are the lifeblood.

Can't recommend a host more highly. I had questions about the packages and needed specific information about several features. The MDS representative spent nearly 45 minutes with me on their online chat service and set me up on the fly.

Communication with them is unbelievably fast. I have dealt with their support people on a number of occasions, once or twice for problems, mainly just for questions. My experience has been that I always get a response *within 5-15 minutes*. And problems get solved very quickly.

Oh - and get this - you might find yourself dealing with Luis Perez, the CEO! His commitment to customer service is so high that he often mans the IM/email response desk!

I've been with several hosts now. My biggest beef has always been the ineptitude and availability of their support staff. MDS does it right. Prices are *extremely* competitive and you won't find better service.

After bouncing from ISP to ISP I found MDS. It has been by far the most rewarding experience I've had with a service provider. At all times I've been kept informed of progress, and they've never failed to meet my expectations.
With the exception of a very minor issue on opening day, I've had no need to contact technical support except to request changes. Most of the time they have suggested better ways to accomplish what we were after, and their technical support staff is unfailingly courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
MDS is at the top of my list of providers to recommend to my colleages, and I will continue to be a customer for this domain and any other that I may need.
Bottom line, they are a 10 out of 10 from first contact to ongoing support.

We had a situation with our email that was very particular and none of the other web hosting companies we requested quotes from would support.
Millennium Data Solutions not only soved it for us, but they gve us excellent support and they were very patient with all our issues.
We will keep hosting with them as we grow.
